Basketball Recap: Northeast Sets Scoring Season-High Against Bellevue

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northeast). They managed a 75-69 victory over the Bellevue Comets on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rebels as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Northeast's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Bellevue, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Northeast didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-28 loss against Camanche on the 4th. Bellevue has also already played their next contest, a 70-58 win against Marquette on the 1st.
