Recap: Sweeny Bulldogs vs. Brazosport Exporters

Sweeny got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Warrick Hernandez out in front who scored 19 points along with seven assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Alexander, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Sweeny has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 16-15 record this season. As for Brazosport, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.
Sweeny will head out on the road to challenge Stafford at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Stafford is coming into the matchup with ten straight defeats at home, meaning Sweeny will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory. Brazosport will take on Bay City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Texas (Bay City is ranked 1226th, while Brazosport is ranked 1228th).
