Salmen comes up short despite Destiny Bennett's strong performance

Recap: Salmen Spartans vs. Destrehan Wildcats
The Salmen Spartans were the 81-57 winner over the Destrehan Wildcats when they last played one another back in November of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. Salmen fell to Destrehan 45-40.
Despite the loss, Salmen still got an impressive performance from Destiny Bennett, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Zoe jane Nastasia, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Salmen's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-16. As for Destrehan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.
Salmen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Destrehan also has no future games currently scheduled.
