Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask GlenOak). They came out on top against the Jackson Polar Bears by a score of 11-6 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Golden Eagles: when they faced off against the Polar Bears on Wednesday, they had to take a 4-0 loss.

GlenOak got a big performance out of Bryce Broom, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI Broom has posted since back in May of 2024. Connor Zets was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

GlenOak always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .525. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

GlenOak's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-3. As for Jackson, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.
