Basketball Recap: Brewster Takes a Loss

Brewster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 69-36 loss at the hands of the Lakeside Eagles. The game marked the Bears' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Brewster's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Lakeside, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Brewster will square off against Manson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brewster is facing Manson at the right time seeing as Manson is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Lakeside, they will challenge Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Liberty has lost four straight at home , while Lakeside has lost three on the road.
