Volleyball Recap: Model Secondary School for the Deaf Takes a Loss

Model Secondary School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Madeira Snails, falling 3-0. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Snails apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-19, 25-18.

Model Secondary School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Madeira, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will face off against Maryland School for the Deaf at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Madeira, they will take on Connelly School of the Holy Child at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
