Basketball Recap: Marietta Takes a Loss

Marietta entered their game against Waterford on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Marietta Tigers fell 49-41 to the Waterford Wildcats. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Marietta fell to 20-1. As for Waterford, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 21-1.

Looking ahead, Marietta will take on Sheridan in a tournament on Saturday. Waterford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
