Basketball Game Preview: Yelm Tornados vs. Olympia Bears

The Yelm Tornados are taking a road trip to square off against the Olympia Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Yelm has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with 17 straight defeats, while Olympia will come in with six straight wins.

Yelm came up short against Graham-Kapowsin on Monday, falling 61-36.

Meanwhile, Olympia took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 74-34 victory over Bethel. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.

Yelm's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Olympia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

Yelm was taken down by Olympia 72-35 in their previous meeting last Monday. Can Yelm avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
