Baseball Recap: Holyoke Takes a Loss

Holyoke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 6-1 to the Chicopee Comp Colts. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Holyoke's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Chicopee Comp, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season.

Holyoke will take on Agawam at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chicopee Comp, they will venture away from home to take on Belchertown at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Orioles will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Colts surely won't give up without a fight.
