Basketball Game Preview: LaGrange Gators vs. Merryville Panthers

The LaGrange Gators will head out on the road to challenge the Merryville Panthers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Merryville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on LaGrange, who comes in off a win.

LaGrange saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They walked away with a 66-54 victory over Beau Chene.

Meanwhile, Merryville didn't have quite enough to beat Singer on Wednesday and fell 30-27. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Merryville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for LaGrange, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
