Deep Creek extended their losing streak to 12 on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 1-15 in the process. They lost 28-13 to the Nansemond River Warriors. On the bright side, the 13- run effort marked the Hornets' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Jagger Locking was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Tristin Mosley was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

As for Nansemond River, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10. With that victory, they brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.
