Basketball Recap: Granbury Gets the Win

Granbury won the last time they faced Saginaw and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Granbury Pirates walked away with a 36-28 win over the Saginaw Rough Riders.

Saginaw's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Shaniah Franklin, who posted 19 points, and Ashlyn McNeil, who had five points.

Granbury's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Saginaw, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7.

Granbury and Diamond Valley (Diamond Creek, Australia) will round out the year against one another at at 9:00 a.m. on December 27th. Saginaw will take on Azle in a holiday battle at at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
