Cypress Bay is a perfect 7-0 against West Broward since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lightning will square off against the Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Cypress Bay comes in on three and West Broward on five.

Cypress Bay is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Flanagan with a sharp 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, West Broward was able to grind out a solid victory over South Broward on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

West Broward found their leader in sophomore Alfonso Acosta, who had 30 digs.

Cypress Bay's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for West Broward, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5.

Cypress Bay took their win against West Broward in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lightning since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
