Baylor is a perfect 4-0 against Cleveland since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Red Raiders will take on the Blue Raiders at 5:00 p.m. Baylor is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Baylor had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Whitwell on Tuesday. The Red Raiders put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 9-2 victory. Considering the Red Raiders have won four games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Cleveland lost 9-1 to East Hamilton on Wednesday.

Allison Farnsworth made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Baylor's win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average this season. As for Cleveland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Baylor was able to grind out a solid win over Cleveland in their previous matchup back in March, winning 9-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Raiders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
