Baseball Recap: Indian Springs Comes Up Short

Indian Springs lost against Oak Grove back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indian Springs Student came up short against the Oak Grove Tigers, falling 29-1. The Student have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Indian Springs saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Heald, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2. Heald has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played.

Indian Springs now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Oak Grove, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

While Indian Springs had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
