Softball Recap: Catholic Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Catholic's offense. They came up short against the John Carroll Patriots on Thursday, falling 10-0. Catholic hasn't had much luck with John Carroll recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for John Carroll, they moved to 2-4 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coming up, Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Archbishop Spalding at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Carroll, they will head out on the road to take on Eastern Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
