Preview: Wrightstown Tigers vs. Oconto Falls Panthers

Wrightstown is 10-0 against Oconto Falls since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Wrightstown Tigers will look to defend their home court against the Oconto Falls Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Wrightstown has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 345 points over their last five games.

Wrightstown scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on Kewaunee with a sharp 87-67 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Meanwhile, Oconto Falls took a serious blow against Clintonville on Thursday, falling 71-32. While losing is never fun, Oconto Falls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 326th, while Clintonville is ranked 86th).

Oconto Falls' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jameson Beaman, who scored 14 points, and Alex Haines who scored six points.

Wrightstown is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. As for Oconto Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.

Wrightstown came out on top in a nail-biter against Oconto Falls when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 55-53. Will Wrightstown repeat their success, or does Oconto Falls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
