Volleyball Recap: William Penn Comes Up Short

William Penn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Middletown Cavaliers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Colonials of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

William Penn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Middletown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, William Penn and Delcastle Technical will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Middletown, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against MOT Charter on the 16th.
