Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dowling Catholic walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Waterloo West Wahawks with a sharp 75-51 win on Friday. The Maroons' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Dowling Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points over those games. Waterloo West's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9.
