Soccer Recap: PAL Academy Takes a Loss

PAL Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lucerne Valley Mustangs. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Bulls couldn't quite close it out.

PAL Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Lucerne Valley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-8-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Silver Valley the next time they take the pitch. PAL Academy will head out to face Silver Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Lucerne Valley will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
