Basketball Game Preview: Green Canyon Wolves vs. Sky View Bobcats

The Green Canyon Wolves will venture away from home to take on the Sky View Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sky View took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Green Canyon, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Green Canyon didn't have too much trouble with Preston as they won 53-38. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Sky View's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They were outmatched by Ridgeline and fell 68-41. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Riverhawks are ranked first).

Sky View's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-6. As for Green Canyon, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Green Canyon beat Sky View 65-53 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Green Canyon since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
