Baldwin dropped down to 10-3 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 10-0 to the Lower Merion Aces. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bears were not able to get on the board.

As for Lower Merion, their victory ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-12. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For Lower Merion's part, the team relied heavily on Violet Gefen, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one double. Those three RBI gave Gefen a new career-high. Evyn Robinson was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Looking ahead, Baldwin will be playing at home against Academy-Notre Dame De Namur at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lower Merion, they will venture away from home to square off against Harriton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
