Basketball Recap: Evansville Christian Find Success

Evansville Christian won the last time they faced Evansville Harrison, and Bella Hall did her part to make sure it happened again. The Evansville Christian Eagles blew past the Evansville Harrison Warriors 51-31 on Tuesday thanks in part to Hall, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 boards. Those 20 points gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Geer, who posted seven points in addition to seven steals and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Evansville Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Evansville Harrison, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Evansville Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-36 win against South Spencer on the 23rd. As for Evansville Harrison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 57-35 victory against Evansville Bosse on the 23rd.
