Football Recap: Cheshire Gets the Win + How To Watch

Cheshire won the last time they faced Guilford and things went their way on Friday too. The Rams managed a 24-20 victory over the Grizzlies.

Despite the loss, Guilford still got an impressive performance from Aiden Ruotolo, who rushed for 129 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries, and also picked up 60 receiving yards and one TD. Alex Tafro was another key player, throwing for 144 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Cheshire's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Guilford, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cheshire will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Wilton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Guilford, they will welcome Stamford at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
