North Haven has no trouble against Guilford

The North Haven Nighthawks won the last time they faced the Guilford Grizzlies, and things went their way on Tuesday too. North Haven was the clear victor by a 59-36 margin over Guilford.

When it comes to explaining why Guilford lost, one person who can't be blamed is Keira Reynolds. Despite the final result, she scored 16 points along with six steals. Reynolds is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played. Another player making a difference was Alexa Kukta, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.

North Haven's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Guilford, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Connecticut (Amity Regional is ranked 49th, while North Haven is ranked 36th). Lauralton Hall is coming into the game with three straight losses on the road, meaning Guilford will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
