Football Recap: Niles West Takes a Loss

Niles West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Prospect Knights, falling 60-7. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 305th, while the Knights are ranked 31st).

Niles West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Prospect, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Niles West will head out to face off against Hersey at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prospect, they will square off against Maine West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
