Tottenville has gone 9-1 against Port Richmond recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. Tottenville will be strutting in after a victory while Port Richmond will be coming in after a loss.
While Pirates fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They walked away with a 2-0 win over CSI International Studies last Tuesday. Surprisingly, this marked the Pirates' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
Meanwhile, Port Richmond came up short against McKee Vo-Tech last Thursday and fell 2-0. The Raiders haven't had much luck with the Seagulls recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.
Tottenville was able to grind out a solid victory over Port Richmond in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
