Maple Hill won the last time they faced Watervliet and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Cannoneers with a sharp 11-3 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Madison Camadine was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base. That stolen base was her first of the season.

In other batting news, Halle Feldman and Olivia Mueller did most of the damage at the plate: Feldman got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs, while Mueller went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Feldman has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. Quinn Wilson was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI.
