Softball Recap: Harrisburg Cougars vs. Camp Hill Lions
Harrisburg extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 14 on Friday, dropping their season record down to 0-8 in the process. They came up short against the Camp Hill Lions, falling 16-0. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2022.

In other batting news, Camp Hill got a massive performance out of Lindsay Johnson, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was Johnson's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Haley Kessel, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
While Harrisburg had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
