Football Recap: Capital Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The matchup between Capital and Timberline on Friday hardly resembled the 21-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Golden Eagles were beaten by the Wolves 50-19. The Golden Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-6.

A big part of Timberline's victory came down to the chemistry between Jack Brant and his top target Hudson Lewis. Lewis also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making three total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

Capital now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Timberline, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
