Luke Hester gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Hester and Twin Rivers will square off against Naylor at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Hester's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Royals' three-game streak of wins on the road.
