Soccer Game Preview: Pueblo West vs. Air Academy + How To Watch

Pueblo West is 0-4 against Air Academy since September of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Cyclones will square off against the Kadets at 6:00 p.m. Pueblo West is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Pueblo West's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Pueblo South with a sharp 4-0 victory. Pueblo West haven't had any issues with Pueblo South recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Pueblo West hit Pueblo South with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Chester Mathews, Lain Mathews, Oscar Perea, and Adrian Guasta.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday Air Academy sidestepped Evergreen for a 1-0 victory.

Pueblo West's record is now 9-3-3. As for Air Academy, their record now sits at 9-4-2.

Pueblo West couldn't quite get it done against Air Academy in their previous meeting back in October of 2022 as they fell 2-0. Can the Cyclones avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
