After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last five games, San Dieguito Academy finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They lost 10-1 to the La Costa Canyon Mavericks. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Mustangs, who until this match were averaging 4.08 runs allowed.
