Southridge lost to Gibson Southern back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Southridge Raiders walked away with a 57-49 win over the Gibson Southern Titans. The victory was familiar territory for the Raiders who have now won five matchups in a row.

Southridge pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Gibson Southern, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southridge has already played their next game (against Evansville North), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gibson Southern will venture away from home to face off against Castle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
