Bedford put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 48-43 W against the Pinkerton Astros. The 48-point effort marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Bedford pushed their record up to 15-0 with the victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.9 points over those games.
