Soccer Recap: Jefferson Finishes Even with Lanier

On Friday, neither the Jefferson Mustangs nor the Lanier Voks could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Jefferson's goal came courtesy of Samuel Arreola, who's now up to ten this season.

Jefferson's draw gives them a new season record of 5-4-2. Meanwhile, Lanier's record is now 4-3-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Seguin the next time they take the pitch. Lanier will head out to face Seguin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Jefferson will host them at 11:30 a.m. on January 25th.
