Soccer Game Preview: Bartlett vs. Evangelical Christian

The Bartlett Panthers will face off against the Evangelical Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bartlett is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

It was a proper cat-fight when Bartlett faced off against Brighton on Wednesday. Bartlett blew past Brighton 6-1. Considering the Panthers have won three matchups by more than four goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Evangelical Christian was not quite Houston's equal in the second half last Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost five in a row.

Bartlett's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Evangelical Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Everything went Bartlett's way against Evangelical Christian when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Bartlett made off with a 3-0 victory. Does Bartlett have another victory up their sleeve, or will Evangelical Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
