Volleyball Recap: Christel House Makes It Six in a Row at Home

Christel House lost to Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter back in April of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. Christel House came out on top against Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Christel House walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 25-23, 25-11.

Kevin Cruz Vera had a dynamite game, getting 18 digs, six kills, three aces, and one block. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Zea, who had nine kills and six digs.

Christel House's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Christel House and Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Christel House will challenge rival Greenwood Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter is set to square off against their familiar foe Beech Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
