Hudson and Catskill are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2021, but likely not for long. The Bluehawks will venture away from home to square off against the Cats at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hudson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

Hudson is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Taconic Hills on Monday. They fell 6-2 to the Titans. The defeat continues a trend for the Bluehawks in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost six in a row.

Hudson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kam Duntz, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Catskill earned a 6-1 victory over Germantown on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Cats in their matchups with the Clippers: they've now won four in a row.

Catskill's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Hudson, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Everything went Hudson's way against Catskill in their previous meeting back in April, as Hudson made off with a 13-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bluehawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
