Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Home Victories for Shasta

Shasta waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Las Plumas Thunderbirds as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Shasta not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Las Plumas between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-18.

Shasta pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Las Plumas, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Shasta has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Chico on the 30th. As for Las Plumas, they will square off against Oroville at 6:30 p.m. on the 7th.
