Basketball Game Preview: Luella Lions vs. Cedar Grove Saints

The Luella Lions will face off against the Cedar Grove Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Luella comes in on four and Cedar Grove on 13.

On Tuesday, Luella was able to grind out a solid win over Douglass, taking the game 69-57.

Meanwhile, Cedar Grove was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Stephenson 82-39. The Saints have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 22 points or more this season.

Luella is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.1 points per game.
