Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Angola's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Angola won the last time they faced Garrett, and Bailey Holman did her part to make sure it happened again. The Angola Hornets walked away with a 55-48 win over the Garrett Railroaders on Tuesday thanks in part to Holman, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last three games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Stella Stockamp, who went 6 of 10 en route to 15 points and five boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Angola is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Garrett, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.
