Volleyball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon lost against Walnut Hills back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lebanon was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-16.

When it comes to explaining why Lebanon lost, don't look at Braydon Crockett. Despite the final result, he had 15 digs and one assist. Crockett is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last 12 games he's played.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Walnut Hills, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Coming up, Lebanon will welcome Turpin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Walnut Hills, they will face off against West Clermont at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
