Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Welch). They took their matchup on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 69-28 victory over the Watts Engineers. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Welch is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Watts, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Welch Wildcats duke it out with the Commerce Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Welch is facing Commerce at the right time seeing as Commerce is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Watts, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cave Springs at 7:30 p.m. on January 28th.
