Baseball Recap: King Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact King can now relate to. They came up short against the Western International Cowboys on Thursday, falling 17-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-0 loss last Wednesday.

King is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7-1. As for Western International, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King will square off against Groves at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Western International, they will challenge West Bloomfield at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
