Softball Recap: Johnson Bayou Comes Up Short

Johnson Bayou was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Starks Panthers, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 last Thursday.

Johnson Bayou's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Starks, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Johnson Bayou will challenge Singer at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Starks, they will take on Lake Charles College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
