Canyon is 9-1 against Perryton since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Canyon Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Perryton Rangers at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Canyon is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 62 points on Saturday, they were much more limited against Liberty on Tuesday. The game between them and the Patriots didn't end well, with Canyon falling 44-29. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Perryton was just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 33-32 to Elk City.

Canyon's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for Perryton, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Canyon against Perryton in their previous matchup back in February, as the team secured a 71-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Canyon since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
