Addison Lucas put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. She struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Meadville back in April, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Lucas has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances.
