Football Game Recap: Airport vs. Grosse Ile

Airport might have drawn first blood against Grosse Ile on Thursday, but it was Grosse Ile who got the last laugh. Airport took a 21-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Grosse Ile. Airport was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Grosse Ile apparently hadn't forgotten their loss from the last time the teams met up. The game pushed Airport down to 0-2 and pulled Grosse Ile up to the reverse 2-0.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Airport take on Huron at 7:00 PM. Grosse Ile are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Jefferson next week at 7:00 PM.
