Basketball Game Preview: Northwestern Lehigh Tigers vs. Scranton Prep Cavaliers

The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers will take on the Scranton Prep Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Northwestern Lehigh heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Friday. They took a 68-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Allentown Central Catholic. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their 16-game winning streak.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Shane Marth, who posted ten points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Brady Krimmel, who put up eight points.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Scranton Prep's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 66-53 to Valley View.

Northwestern Lehigh's loss dropped their record down to 24-3. As for Scranton Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
